Glynis is a highly competent and experienced HR professional; priding herself on her effective communication and interpersonal skills, giving her the necessary edge in the delivery of any Employment Law advice to clients.

During her role as an HR Manager for a high profile micro-electronics company (which employed a total of 3500 employees over seven sites in the UK and USA), Glynis assisted with the implementation of a companywide ‘Job Evaluation System’.

This project involved writing a variety of job documentation linking through to salary pay scales. She was also responsible for implementing a Graduate Recruitment Programme for all the UK sites. Glynis was heavily involved in redundancy and restructuring programmes.

Even though Glynis is passionate about her work, she still finds time for her pets; she has two two horses which she has had for the last 16 years. However at 19 and 24 years old they are now in semi-retirement and are happy hackers.
