Over the past 14 years, Chris has overseen Avensure’s transformation from a start-up into a national market leader supporting over 7,000 companies. Central to this growth has been a focus on sustainable, scalable systems, investing £1 million annually in the development of Avensure PeopleCloud, a next-generation people management platform, while also expanding service lines into business immigration, employee wellbeing, and onsite training.
