A personal note from our Managing Director...

Avensure was established in 2011 and has fast become the most renowned and respected employment law and health & safety consultancy in the UK, and I would like to share a few insights into how we have achieved this. We are a service based business and our clients buy us, our expertise and knowledge, but most of all the manner in which we deliver this.

Our industry is a fast paced and constantly evolving world of new legislation, new case law, complex cases and with the stress of H&S compliance our aim is to keep the businesses that we look after protected. I, as a business owner, have experienced this first hand and know and understand the frustrations that come with trying to balance all of these and yet still stay focused on ensuring my business grows. I have also unfortunately experienced the services that are out there in the market place today and have been disappointed by services that simply don’t care enough about me and my business.

At Avensure we have built a business on people and the people that work here have been and are integral to our success and future. I recognise this and will ensure that our people will always remain at the heart of everything we do.
