Seeking broader opportunities, he moved to a leading HR firm as an Employment Law Consultant, then to RSM as an HR Consultant, before joining Avensure. His extensive HR background allows him to deliver advice that balances legal compliance with practical, real-world solutions.

He was a keen amateur footballer and helped establish the Denny Warriors, a team supporting overweight men and those facing mental health challenges, which grew into a league of over 30 teams and was featured in a CALM campaign. He also enjoys home-brewing beer and turbo cider, and occasionally strums the guitar for fun (enthusiastically, if not expertly).
