Bio
David has been an Employment Law Consultant with Avensure since March 2024. He brings over 20 years’ experience working with large public sector organisations as an HR Advisor and Consultant. David has supported managers at all levels on a wide range of employment law issues including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, organisational change, and employee engagement. He has also developed people policies to improve organisational effectiveness and worked as a Disability Advisor to ensure compliance with Equality Legislation.

David holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Law.
