She provides clear, detailed advice on a wide range of HR and employment law matters, from day-to-day issues like conduct, absence, and family-friendly entitlements, to complex cases involving grievances, redundancies, TUPE transfers, medical capability, discrimination, and settlement agreements. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Salford, an LLM in Employment Law, and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law, Manchester.

Her HR career began in retail while studying law, where she managed a team and delivered staff training. Inspired by this experience, she pursued Employment Law after earning her degree. She progressed from HR Documentation Consultant to Employment Law Consultant, completing postgraduate studies and the Legal Practice Course. In her current role, she provides expert HR and Employment Law advice, supporting clients of all sizes across various sectors with practical and commercial solutions.
