Kelsey is the first point of contact for clients needing telephone consultations. She supports them with document queries, the Avensure Employee Assistance Programme, and directs them to support services like PeopleCloud HR and H&S software, as well as GP 24/7. She loves the variety her role brings and enjoys working alongside her amazing team.

Kelsey is a qualified teacher with additional qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, Maths, and English. She also holds Level 2 Welding and Fabrication certifications.
Career Path:
Kelsey originally wanted to be a mechanic but, growing up in the 1990s, opportunities were limited. She joined the Territorial Army, training in the UK before a knee injury led to her discharge. She then became a sales director for a fireplace company, helping the business grow to a £4 million annual turnover. After a career change, Kelsey worked in education, rising to Liverpool City Region Manager before shifting to Avensure, where she found renewed passion.

Kelsey holds QTTLS, PTTLS, Level 3 Business Administration, Levels 2 and 3 in Customer Service, Level 2 ICT, Level 5 Management, and a distinction in typing and word processing.

She also worked as a hostess at the Goodwood Festival of Speed Ball, where she met Sandra Bullock, who she describes as an absolute delight, as well as Will Young, Jamie and Louise Redknapp, and other celebrities. At the event, she also connected with F3 driver Oliver Webb, who has since become a friend. Additionally, Kelsey appeared in Okay magazine with fellow volunteers from a charity event.

Kelsey is a mother of two, Emma and Finley. She loves traveling with her husband, with Rome being a favourite destination. Her interests include architecture, history, gardening, cars (she’s owned 17 since 2000), and she sponsors a dog with the Dogs Trust. She adores cats (the sphynx type) and currently has seven. Family is very important to her, and she credits her husband as her rock.
